Champagne cocktails to start (Chambord black raspberry liqueur and champagne)
Stuffed Portabello mushrooms
Lamb chops, mashed potato and seasonal vegetables
Fruity Pimms jelly (served in cocktail glasses)
It all went down very well but my favourite - and my biggest success - was the jelly dessert. I had never made jelly like that before. It turned out so well and tasted amazing - the strawberries in the jelly were fizzy!
I hope you've all had nice and relaxing weekends.
I'm off to watch the last Come Dine With Me of the day whilst munching on chocolate tree decorations!
